Georgia College and State University was engaged in a $46 million student housing expansion. The project involved the construction or renovation of approximately 400,000 s.f. (nine buildings). TPG was responsible for quality assurance inspections to ensure adherence to design documents and all applicable building codes (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and Americans with Disabilities Act). Additional services provided by TPG included: review and preliminary approval of all pay requests; acting as liaison between involved parties (LLC, University, architects, engineers, contractors), and; review all proposed change orders with contractors and report recommendations to the client.

Vineville Baptist Church is an 85,000 s.f. historic facility consisting of buildings constructed over six decades.  In the past, the church had been reactive in their approach to facility management and found themselves "putting out fires" each budget year because facility conditions and lifecycles where not known.  TPG performed a facility assessment and lifecycle analysis that is assisting church staff in budget preparation and long range planning.  Now the church building and finance committes have a clear picture of the furture facility needs. 

Mill Creek Run Apartments is a 325,000 s.f. 224-unit  luxury garden apartment community built in 2006 that offers a full amenities package, including: clubhouse and pool, fitness center, gated access, walking trail, scenic pond, beach volleyball, and garages.
