Russell C. Poss II, has more than twenty years experience in the areas of project management, building code inspection, cost estimating and facility condition assessment. He has performed hundreds of facility assessments and cost estimates on residential and commercial properties. He has also performed as project manager on projects costing in excess of $20 million. He holds certifications from the Southern Building Code Congress International as a Building, Plumbing, and Mechanical Inspector, and as a Plans Examiner.
